2. Services

2.1 Service Description

EconRiseGuide offers personalized consultations, coaching sessions, and workshops focused on themes of economic spiritual growth.

2.2 Refund & Rescheduling Policy

To request a return of payment or reschedule a session, submit a written request via Contact Us at least 5 business days before the scheduled date. The original payment will be returned via the original method within 10 business days. A one-time rescheduling is available at no extra fee if made at least 3 business days before the session. Requests made less than 3 business days in advance are not eligible for a return or transfer, unless the session is cancelled by us.

Certain premium consultation packages are sold on a non-returnable basis due to the tailored materials provided. This will be clearly stated on the service description page. In such cases, no return of payment will be provided.

3. Digital Infoproducts

3.1 License

Upon purchase of digital guides, reports, or courses, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 Refund Policy

Digital infoproducts may be returned within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. To initiate a request, contact us via Contact Us. After the 14-day period or if more than 10% of the content has been accessed, no return will be provided.

4. Physical Goods

4.1 Shipment

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location.

4.2 Returns & Refunds

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To obtain a return authorization, contact Contact Us. Once received and inspected, a return of payment will be processed within 15 business days via the original method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect, in which case EconRiseGuide will cover the shipping expenses.
